It is our great honor that you choose our site for your cosplay costume. Your satisfaction is the most important thing we continuously pursue. If regrettably you find our costume(es) have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the rights to return the costume(es) to get a refund. As costumes from are all Custom-made according to buyer's own measurements, so it's really important for us to offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy. We also will check each order before we arrange shipment.

1. Exchanges & Returns Policy.

Based on the fact of the defective/missing items, the buyer must email us within 3 days after receiving the order package. We will help you to deal with the problem as soon as possible to support the compensation. If you find out missing accessories and clothing, upon verification, we can arrange for the new shipment of the lost items in free of charge.
When it occurs as the wrong sizes or measurement mistake of the costume, once confirmed by us that is our fault ( 1-2 inch differences will be tolerated);, we will be free to exchange the new costume for you in free of charge. Meanwhile, the unfit costume must be returned to us for quality inspection. if the measurements provided by buyer are not correct, we will be not responsible for free replacement. And in this case that, if in need to change the sizes, it is feasible and please email us in advance. Mail:[email protected]

2. Refund Policy

If the items ordered meet wrong size or partially missing questions,we will ship a new free item for you or give you a refund.
If it is found that the arrived item is damaged,you can refuse to accept it.
If we send to the wrong address, we will provide a 100% refund or resend you a new free item to the correct address.
If the item which you received is fit or without any damage and missing,we will not accept refund and change.


3.Order Cancellation/Alteration

All costume ordered from need to according to own size. Before submit an order, please check it carefully. After ordering, we will email an order confirmation to you. If you make a wrong order, please email us within 24 hours after submission. And the order cancellation or alteration will only work within this time limit. Because our tailors will start customizing your costume within 24 hours after receiving your payment. We will charge a fee that is equal to 30% of the item price if you cancel order after 24 hours. After 2 working days, the order cannot be cancelled. Thank you for understanding.


For wigs, accessories and other ready shipping items, we usually send after 1-3 days after your purchase, we will give our best efforts to locate the package and make any necessary changes. If the order has already shipped, or cannot be located in the shipping containers, will not be responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.


4.Wrong Delivery Address/ upgrade the shipping method ships all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, We will ONLY able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the wrong shipping address. (which different from order shipping information.) We will NOT able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the correct shipping address. is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Shipping fee depend on which shipping method you choice. If you want to upgrade to rush your order, customer need pay the extra shipping fee.
