Q: When will I receive my order?

A:Items are usually shipped in 1 - 2 working days after payment received. For custom order, it also need 3 - 5 days to finished.

Q: Can I customize it by my measure?

A: Yes, we accept customize size, you should provide your measures, and pay more $10 per costume. The production time usually takes 3 - 5 days.

Q: If not satisfied with the product, can I return it?

A: Of course, you should contact us within 30 days after receiving the package, and return to the specified address.

Q: Can I cancel an order just placed with you?

A: If you make a wrong order, please email us within 24 hours after submission, you will get full refund. And the order cancellation or alteration will only work within this time limit. Because our tailors will start customizing your costume within 24 hours after receiving your payment.

Q: How do i track my order?

A: Click the "My Account" at the top of the site, you will see your history orders and shipping information. You will get a tracking number in your email after we shipped your order.
